No better statement. I've never lived anywhere other than Louisiana and even though it's hot enough to melt you in July and August when you step outside sometimes....I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in the summer time. I would miss so many things if I did. It's home, it's where my roots are, my family, my relatives have lived here. So much history. I wonder if I'll ever leave in my lifetime and somehow I hope one day I will venture out when my son is grown and gone. Until then I'm enjoying it.
