thirteen years ago on the summer solstice after many years of dating the wrong guys i got married to this most amazing, funny, intelligent, and right guy. it seems impossible but i love him even more now than i did on that sweltering june day when we laughed and danced amidst so many people who were dear to us. he has been and continues to be the most blessed and unexpected gift i could have ever received. for once in my life i was so fortunate Not to get what i deserved but to instead get so much more.
happy anniversary, baby.

Dear Sister and Brother,
Blessing on you both. As we seem to be both blessed and lucky with the loves in our lives. The two English Girls couldn't have found more wonderful or more right for us guys. I'm glad, well much more than glad that you two have the type of love that Philip and I have. It's a wonderful joy.
And on the preparation for this day thirteen years ago when the wind at the airport took the box flying and the cake pieces flew everywhere. I'm scooping them up as fast as humanly possible when a man asked could he help me and what was it I had broken. I told him to please help and I had no idea I just had to get it up before my sister saw me. I'd tackle that beast later. Oh, I felt so bad. It was such a circus watching you pull out clothes from another gentleman's bag thinking it was yours, repeatedly asking Tom, what did you pack, looking for leashes and it wasn't your bag. LOL I can now but boy did I want to run then. Hope you can laugh about it now. Happy Summer Soltice, Happy Life. I love you all. Blessings. Bethany

Congrats on your anniversary, Kelly! This is such a great photo, and most of your family pics on your blog show the same energy and happiness - it´s always a pleasure to see that this is possible.
