Today is my birthday!
I'm still this happy.
But not this naive.
I still like a bit of danger.
'Just not the cancer kind.
Today I also celebrate three years cancer free.
I don't know what the future holds.
But today is full of hallelujah moments.
And I am grateful to live each and every one.
To celebrate another year of living, I'm giving away a 5" x 7" print of one of my favorite photographs (the one seen here) from the Thelma and Louise adventure I had on Sunday with Julie. Also, in order to be eligible to win, you must practice a Random Act of Kindness within the next three days. It doesn't have to be something huge and expensive, but it should be something kind that you do for someone else. You don't have to tell me about it. Just promise in your heart to truly do it. This week has been all about trees and their strength for me - love the synchronicity. As my 3 Random Acts if Kindness, I promise to leave some of my Rock My World Rocks for people to find, all done in your honor. Another connection ? I have done this in your pal, Julie's honor too, when she won a giveaway of my rocks and asked me to leave them around town for her rather than send the rocks by mail.

Happy birthday, Kelly! May each subsequent year bring you more good health and happiness.
And your request is a wonderful idea - the world does need a lot of kindness. There is a commercial out (can't remember the product) but it shows various people helping each other while another observes, then we see that person go on to help another while someone else observes, and so on. Let's keep the chain of kindness going.

Glad you had a great Birthday! I haven't been on FB much lately. I didn't realize you were a cancer survivor. I love the saying "Everyday is a gift not a given" we should all celebrate daily.
We came to the OC a few years ago on spring break instead of going to Florida and had a blast! I hope you took your new birthday boots and climbed the beautiful OC hills!
