i've been laid up in the bed for a while this week. i really, really hate this sort of thing. my body decides it has has enough and refuses to move without pain and spasm. i did finally visit a chiropractor yesterday and am writing with my wrist in a brace and back on the mend (fingers crossed). yadda, yadda, rest and ice. who has time for that?
in the few moments when i wasn't grinding my teeth or singing praises to the heating pad i painted little bits for the painted faces envelope round robin. here are some tiny peeks then i have to go rest...
i added a cloaked secret agent to the wild pink and orange zoo.
more bunnies. these two are guardians of the highest order. i'm hoping their healing powers will be felt by my renegade ribs.
chow!

get well, kelly! this mail art is stunning! xo

i'm sorry you're body is in pain - i hate that!! when everything is good it is so easy to forget we live in a body, than, wham!! we get another wake-up call. i hope you feel so much better and are out and about in short time. the heating pad and my sock filled with brown rice that i microwave are my daily companions anymore. and a tub full of hot salt water. i do remember when it was hard to (darn near impossible) to get in and out of the tub when i pulled my calf muscle. now, i give thanks, almost every time i believe, that i can get in and out of a tub. small things are the big things, aren't they? i so understand, and so feel for you. AND your art envelopes rock, ROCK!!! sending love xox

I do hope you are on the mend. It is no fun when your body takes a time out without first consulting you. I love your wonderful little bits of art that you splashed in this post. I hope you are up in no time. Call if you need anything. xoxoxoxo

Who has time for that? is exactly how I feel. Just annoying. Rest, have some chicken soup and dream in vivid color...

Sending massaging thoughts and muscles relaxing vibes...oh, and Big Love cause that never hurts !;)

Are you better?
I just spent several days sick in bed myself. Ugh. Except some of the time I had some rather interesting "slide shows" and music going through my head.
I could tell when I was starting to feel "better" because the entertainment went away and my usual worries started to filter back in to bug me instead.....

I especially love that giraffe face.
Hope you are doing better, sweetie. It is crazy when our bodies revolt like this.
Hugs and healing thoughts.
xoxo
