I am fighting the voices that cause doubt as I begin again. It always happens. If I am wise and painting every day, I am much better at staying out of my own way. But this inner critic is expected and so I take dancing breaks and do not care that voices tell me I am ridiculous, or that I can't paint for sh*t, or that I have no idea where I am going with this one. Because when I am turning the music up as loud as I can stand it and I am dancing with wild abandon on top of the very board that I am painting, the voices know the truth and they abate.

Today, my wish for you is to seize the thing that you so badly want and shake off all the doubt and fear and hesitation. Be powerful. Be strong. Dance yourself into a frenzy until you have shaken off all the jitters and you can fall into a heap. It will do you good.
